Add your cash position
Treasury is the foundation of your runway calculation. Total Cash is the numerator: how much money you have.
Account types
- Checking — your operating account (Mercury, Chase, etc.)
- Savings / HYSA — emergency reserves, high-yield savings
- Fixed Deposit — CDs, fixed-term deposits
- Money Market Fund — short-term investment funds
- T-Bill / Notes — government securities
- Crypto Wallet — Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins (marked as volatile)
How it affects your numbers
Total Cash = sum of all treasury account balances. This directly feeds your runway computation: Runway = Total Cash / Monthly Burn.
Tips
- Update balances monthly or after significant transactions
- Crypto accounts show a "volatile asset" warning — values may fluctuate
- You can track yield (APY) on savings and fixed deposit accounts
