Track your revenue

Deals represent your revenue — recurring subscriptions, one-time projects, services contracts, and licensing income.

Adding a deal

Click + Add Deal. Enter the company name, revenue type (Recurring/One-Time/Services/Licensing), amount, and cash date. Set the status: Pipeline (tracking this prospect) or Won (closed deal, counts toward revenue).

Deal lifecycle

  • Pipeline → deal you're tracking, doesn't count toward MRR
  • Won → closed deal, counts toward committed MRR
  • Paused → temporarily on hold, excluded from MRR
  • Churned → deal ended, removed from MRR, history preserved

Confirming payments (receipts)

When a client pays, confirm it via + Receipt on the deal card. The receipt modal pre-fills the amount and today's date — just click Save. RunwayCal tracks what's been confirmed vs what's expected.

Payment nudges

If a payment is overdue, RunwayCal sends you a consolidated email listing all pending payments. One-tap confirmation from the Deals page. If a deal is 45+ days overdue, the system suggests marking it as churned.

Revenue segments

The Revenue by Segment chart shows your revenue mix by type (recurring vs one-time vs services) with exact amounts and a receipt confirmation progress bar.
