Burn rules: burn spike, burn trend increasing, high burn efficiency, low burn efficiency. Revenue rules: MRR declining, revenue concentration, low receipt confirmation. Efficiency rules: high revenue per employee, low revenue per employee. Each rule applies a mathematical threshold to your confirmed data. Three severity levels (immediate, important, informational) prioritize results, and the top five appear on Mission Control. Every rule is transparent arithmetic. No black boxes, no confidence scores, no probabilistic flags.
11 Alert Types
Burn spike, runway compression, collection overdue, payroll concentration, negative cash flow, budget variance, deal payment overdue, tax obligation approaching, hiring plan impact, revenue decline, and cash commitment renewal. Alerts compare monthly snapshots so founders see meaningful period-over-period shifts. Each banner is dismissible and the set auto-resets monthly, keeping Mission Control readable without hiding structural changes. Email notifications available if enabled in your preferences.
