What is Deal Risk Score?

Deal risk score combines three factors into a single Low/Medium/High badge for each client:

1. Payment Speed — Do they pay on time based on collection speed history? 2. Revenue Concentration — What percentage of your total revenue depends on this client? 3. Outstanding Amount — How much do they owe relative to your monthly burn?

A single client who is 50% of your revenue AND pays 60+ days late scores High Risk. The combination matters: a large client who pays fast is less risky than a large client who pays slow.

Why it matters

Your biggest client is often your biggest risk. Revenue concentration creates dependency. Slow payment creates cash gaps. Outstanding amounts that exceed your monthly burn mean one late payment could miss payroll.
